"Hey Alpha, are you really fine with us wearing these clothes?" X-Ray asked, tugging on his sweater. "I'm starting to have second thoughts about them."
"I agree," Kilo added. "I don't feel comfortable being outside of my uniform."
Alpha sighed. "Look, I'm not exactly sold on the idea, but we better get used to it for the time being. Besides, it's not like we'll be forced into a situation were we have to turn in our uniforms, right?"
"Well, when you put it that way..." Bravo trailed off when he realized something. "Hey, has anyone seen Tango?Jinja walked around the town with Tango, suddenly offering to have some 'girl time' the Strike Squad

"Do you see them?" Luna whispered to her brother, who was looking through a telescope.
"If I say no, are you gonna throw hot sauce in my eye?" Dusk replied sourly.
"Of course not," she hissed. "As if I'm going to waste a perfectly good bottle of hot sauce over your ugly mug."
Dusk shrugged it off and continued watching. Through his telescope, he witnessed Team Core-Tech and the Strike Squad battling against one another. From the looks of it, Team Core-Tech was on the edge of defeat, but for some reason, Dusk didn't find it the least surprising, given the fact that the Strike Squad have new Monsuno.
"Why is it that fights

"This had to be the worst idea you had ever came up with." Dusk grumbled as his sister tied up one of the Strike Squad (I'm not going to tell you who until the end of this chapter) members to a tree.
"Like your ideas are any better." Luna hissed. "Just a heads-up, I will never forgive you for what happened on that raid on the Forge Core production facility two months ago."
"Oh, please enlighten me on how you falling in a pile a scrap metal and having steam blasted in your face is somehow my fault." Dusk groaned. Luna glared at him.
"That mess could've been avoided if you didn't order Sabredevil to move out of the way when Afterburn was sho

For some reason, Chase had this strange feeling that the group was being followed. Although, with the situations they gotten themselves into over the past year, it was a common thing. But this time was different. He felt like there were two people simultaneously burning through his skull just by staring at it.
"Hey guys, do you think we're being followed?" he asked while looking around. The others just shrugged.
"I don't think so," Bren said, also looking around. "You sure you haven't been eating rat dogs again?"
"No, B. I'm positive that someone is following us."
"Chase, get a bleezin' grip," Dax moaned. "One of these days, your paranoia

Trey was worried. Very worried. Why, you might ask? Ever since he reported to Charlemagne about losing the Rebel children, she was surprisingly calm about it. This bothered Trey to no end, because if there was one thing he knew about Charlemagne, she did not take kindly to failure and was willing to express that in the most soul-crushing way possible.
"I don't like this one bit," he muttered while pacing around his private quarters. "On top of the Strike Squad going MIA, I lost my only chance at getting information on what the Rebels were planning. I don't know what Charlemagne is going to do to me. And frankly, I don't want to know."

"I swear, if you can't get your brain fixed, I'll have to do it myself," Luna grumbled as she trudged behind Dusk while gulping down another bottle of hot sauce. They were sent by Miss Dove to spy on someone, but she didn't say who. All she said was they had to find a boy with black hair, green eyes and a blue Core.
"I don't understand how you can keep putting me down while you're drinking lighter fluid," Dusk quipped. Unsurprisingly, he had no idea where to find to anyone with a blue Core, if a Core of such color even existed.
"Whatever. If I had the tablet, we would've found who we were looking for a lot quicker," she

"Come on guys, how long do you plan to stay in there?" Dax taunted. Through some miracle, the Strike Squad had agreed to change their clothes to 'blend in'. They were reluctant at first, but Chase and the others insisted. They were waiting outside of the change rooms, wondering when they would come out already.
"Give us a minute, Lowlander. I'm just trying to get thing on," Alpha said.
"It's just a hoodie, Alpha," Chase said. "It shouldn't be that hard to put on."
"Will you shut up and let us concentrate, Suno? You not exactly helping out here."
"Okay, I'll let you concentrate." The minutes went by, but it looked like the Strike Strike sq

Team Core-Tech and the Strike Squad were walking together in the forest. Things have settled a bit between the two groups during the night before, but they still weren't exactly on good terms with one another. Tango started walking again, but she nearly passed out a couple of times.
"So, Bren, where's the nearest town?" Chase asked. Bren pulled out his Core-Tablet and looked on the map.
"It's 15 miles from where we are, but if we keep going, we'll be there in no time," he answered. Just then, Dax limped over to Bren. He was unable to walk straight after that unpleasant incident with Jinja.
"Wait a minute, are you saying we're going into to
